
European Technical Services Manager (7/1994 – 2/1996)
GTech is a US based company and the worldwide leader in providing state lottery systems. In the function of Technical Support Manager Europe, I was in charge of translating and implementing the corporate IT strategy into a European context. The European Technical support group delivered service to Gtech, the customer operations and the communications division. In this position I was reporting directly to the General Manager.
Major Achievements:
- Successfully implemented European Support organization.
- Setup of Disaster Recovery Site Belgian Lottery
- Move of European HQ to UK
