Technical Account Manager (01/2021 – 12/2022)
As Technical Account Manager, I’m responsible to assist entities of the Flemish Government to outsource their ICT services to the ICT Frame Agreement 2022. Within this Frame agreement several ICT services are offered varying from Workplace- , Datacenter-, Network- & Application Services.
I’m guiding the Flemish Government entities through the process of identifying the business case as well as the implementation of the project, as well as the change management aspects.
Interim Manager Security Building Blocks (01/2023 – )
In this role I have taken the lead of a team of 30+ security specialist, which are developing, deploying, integrating and supporting 13 security buimding blocks that are being used by all entities of the Flemish Government, including Local Governments.
