Responsible for leading technology support, application support, knowledge management support and engagement support for Deloitte Consulting within the European region.
Reporting to DC Global CIO, and the European COO.
Major Achievements:
- Leadership of 75 people in 15 European Countries
- Servicing 3500 practitioners in 15 European countries
- Rolled out SAP FI and SAP HR system in Europe
- Rolled out the Practice management system
- Rolled out Global CRM system across Europe.
- Responsible for European Call Center
- Responsible for the European Datacenter
- Member of the European Management team
- Member of the Global ICT management team
- Budget responsibility of $25M
- Prepared the European ICT organization and infrastructure for the separation from Deloitte to become Braxton.
- Closed down the European Operation as a result of reintegration of Deloitte Consulting into Deloitte.
