Responsible for the development of the specifications and business processes in preparation of the European tendering process for the new Central Information System for the Agency.

Executing the European tendering process, including the evaluation of the proposals and assignment of the project. Finally, I’m managing and supporting the implementation of the selected solution within the agency.

The technical solution is based on a combination of MS Dynamics CRM together with an integration with Sharepoint as the document and records management solution.
